Frascati Carnival 2020: a different event than usual, which starts thank s to the citizens commitment and which aims, thanks to the work of Arte e Passione association, to beat the record of partecipation, and which promises a 20-feet Pulcinella , and the parade of allegorical floats.
An official decalogue was published in order to beat the “record” of participation in the classic “Pulcinellata“(the parade of many citizens disguised as the italian mask), complete with a description of the dress, pass registration and age of participation.

A Carnival like few others in the past is coming to town.
